UNITED NEWS INTERNATIONAL (UNI) — Canadian singer Celine Dion announced she will do two shows back-to-back in Manila.

Ovation Productions announced on Monday, Feb. 12, that her concerts will be on July 19 and 20 at the Mall of Asia Arena.

The second date was added so that more fans could attend.

It is the first concert Dion has held in Manila and one of seven cities on Dion’s 2018 tour.

She will play shows in Jakarta, Taipei, Bangkok, Tokyo, Macau and Singapore.

Dion scheduled a show in Manila originally in 2014 but canceled because her husband, René Angélil, fell ill.

He died in 2016 due to throat cancer.

Dion is known for hit songs such as “My Heart Will Go On” and “Because You Loved Me.”

Her tickets range from P2,640 to P35,380 and will go on sale on Feb. 15.
