UNITED NEWS INTERNATIONAL (UNI) — Professional golfer Tony Finau injured himself while celebrating a hole-in-one at Augusta National.

The 34th ranked player in the world participated in the Masters Tournament annual Par-3 contest on Wednesday, April 4.

On the 7th hole of the event, Finau sank a hole-in-one and was decidedly excited about the feat.

As he celebrated walking towards the hole, he decided to backpedal with his arms in the air.

He tripped tripped in the process though and fell to the ground before grabbing his left ankle.

Video of the celebration shows Finau resetting the dislocated ankle before standing up.

Finau’s agent told ESPN, the X-rays of his left ankle were negative and he underwent an MRI before deciding to play in the main tournament.

After the first round of The Masters, Finau stands at the top of the leaderboard at -4.
