UNITED NEWS INTERNATIONAL (UNI) — Singer Chris Brown is facing a new lawsuit.
The lawsuit describes an incident in February 2017 in which an unnamed woman was taken to a party at Brown’s home in Los Angeles where she was exposed to sex, drugs and guns.
The woman alleges she was forced to stay and that her cell phone was confiscated.
The plaintiff claims another woman forced her to perform oral sex on Brown’s friend, Lowell Grissom Jr.
The same female also allegedly forced herself on the victim while Grissom molested her.
Grissom allegedly raped the victim twice before she was allowed to leave.
Her mother reportedly tracked her phone to Brown’s address and called the police, who were denied entry to the property.
The LAPD confirmed a sexual assault report involving Brown’s residence was filed.
The woman sued Brown, Grissom and the unnamed female May 9 on charges including sexual battery, gender violence, assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
