UNITED NEWS INTERNATIONAL (UNI) —President Donald Trump is setting records for his high staff turnover.

An Associated Press analysis found the Trump administration had a 37 percent turnover rate during the calendar year ending June 30, 2018.

The most recent filings show 141 staffers who had worked for the president at some point last year are no longer on the payroll, while 138 new people were hired.

The numbers don’t include those who were hired but also left the White House during the same year, like former communications director Anthony Scaramucci who lasted two weeks.

It also doesn’t reflect staffers who left before June 30 of 2017.

The AP analysis also found a 61 percent attrition with Trump’s top aides.

Only one other president in the last five administrations had similar senior staff turnover and that was former President Bill Clinton who faced 42 percent turnover rate.
