UNITED NEWS INTERNATIONAL (UNI) — The list of legal problems continues to grow for actor Johnny Depp.

On Monday, July 9, Gregg “Rocky” Brooks filed a lawsuit against Depp for allegedly punching him twice outside of a hotel in 2017.

Brooks was the location manager for the upcoming crime film “City of Lies.”

The shoot was allowed to film outside the Los Angeles Barclay Hotel until 7 p.m., and inside until 10 p.m.

Brooks managed to get the permit extended.

The alleged incident happened when Brooks informed Depp the shoot needed to wrap for the night, due to the location permit ending.

The actor shouted expletives at Brooks and punched the manager twice in the ribs.

The legal documents state Depp “reeked of alcohol” during the altercation.

Brooks claims he was fired from the production a few days later when he refused to sign his rights over to not sue over the incident.
